Users need to activate Medicare Online claiming via PRODA.
You will need your organization registered in PRODA before being able to activate Online Claiming and AIR.

To activate the software follow the steps:
1. Login to PRODA
2. Goto Organizations at the top menu on the right
3. Click on your organization name
4. Under the Organization details click on B2B Devices
5. Click on Register New B2B Device
6. Under Device Name type spc-server
7. Then on this same form Click on the Register Device button on the bottom right.
8. Once the device is registered it will show the
- Device Activation Code,
- Device Name and
- PRODA RA no.
- Make a note of these details
- They will be required in the next step
9. Then Login to Specialist Complete from the Server.
(Make sure it is the server machine)
Goto Help > PRODA Activator.
10. Type in the Minor ID, RA Number from previous step, Device Name (default is spc-server), Activation code from the previous step.
To locate the Minor ID. Go to Help > Register > Practice ID is the Minor ID.

11. Click on Activate
12. Click on Get Access to verify the settings are complete
