SpecialistComplete will lock the system automatically after a specified period of inactivity.
The user will then need to Login again to unlock the system.
Automatic Locking can be disabled or the Locking interval adjusted through user preferences.
To Lock the system at any time, go to the main menu.
Click Session>Lock.
The time interval to automatically lock can be adjusted
Go to Administration > User Preferences.
On the General tab, enter the "Lock time interval". The units are in minutes
When the application is in a locked state and you click exit, all unsaved data of the previous user will be lost. The software will ask for the confirmation if exit is clicked accidentally.
