Retrieve all pending reports
On main menu under the Financial tab select Outstanding Claims
1. Under Financial menu goto Outstanding Claims
Click on either Retrieve All Reports or Retrieve Selected Reports
Click on either Retrieve All Reports or Retrieve Selected Reports
2. Click Retrieve All Reports to retrieve all payment and processing reports from Medicare.
To retrieve only selected claim click Retrieve Selected Reports.
Once the reports are retrieved any claims with errors will go to the Exceptions tab for further review.
