Clinical Wizard
Find patients in the database that meet the criteria for searches of the following tables
- Patient demographic data
- Vaccination criteria
- Current medications
- Past medications
- Past medical history
- Pap smear history
- Which provider
- Body measurements and lab results
Page 1 > Primary patient criteria
- Scroll through and select
- Then click next
Page 2 > Vaccination criteria
- Select vaccine(s)
- Add condition if did have vaccine
- Click “NOT” if did not have vaccine
Page 3 > Current medications
- Select type class of medication into the search box
- Add the condition that they do have this current class of medication
- Tick “Not” if they don’t have this class of drug
Page 4 > Past medications
- Select type class of medication into the search box
- Add the condition that they do have this current class of medication
- Tick “Not” if they don’t have this class of drug
- Option included to select a date range
Page 5 > Past medical history
- Enter medical condition criteria in the filter box
- > to add selection box
- Choose to add or exclude (“Not”)
- Then click next
Page 6 > Pap smear criteria
- Enter primary search criteria
- Then click next
Page7 > Which Provider
- This searches for patients based on condition that they have/have not had an appointment with a particular provider during a determined date range
Page 8 >Physical measurements and laboratory results
- BP (Systolic/diastolic)
- Height
- Pulse
- Temperature
- Weight
- Circumference (Head, waist, abdomen etc)
- All haematology and biochemistry values
Page 9 > List of patients
- This is the list of the patients which meet the search criteria
- Print the list
- Export the list to a spreadsheet
- Save the criteria of the search – name it and share this with other users
