eRx – Setup

Setup Doctors (From any computer)

1. From the top menu go to Staff > Search Staff
2. Search for a doctor
3. Double click on the doctor’s record to open
4. Enter the ERx Entity Id as shown below
5. Save and repeat for each Doctor

Setup Clients (To be done on each Doctor’s Machine)

1. From the top menu go to Settings > ERx Setting
2. Click on Default this should populate the server and port fields. 
3. Click on Save
4. Click on Close
5. Restart SpecialistComplete then login as Doctor.
   
   Now prescribe a drug and print the prescription.
   
   An ERx barcode will appear on the prescription
